Missing Pirate Shard Popups.

I did get the 1000crystal popup,  and then later got repeated errors when trying to load the game... At least 3 times in a row, after initializing the game and loading cantina.   I got a message sayi...

Troubleshooting EA mobile games:

The pirates shard promotion is intended for a targeted audience. If you have not received the pop-up, you might not be eligible for it.

    Exactly who was the targeted Audience?

    I do find it odd, that exactly which I "should" be receiving the pop-ups,  I started getting crashes.   Thought I would report it, If others experienced the same thing.
