Purchased the 5 card multi-pack for the new marquee character (which I always do) as soon as they became available in the store. Noticed afterwards that the character appeared in my full roster and not as an era unit. Closed game and restarted and it added the character to my era characters, but as a result I did not get the expected shards from the marquee and the character is not 3*, preventing me from levelling them or doing anything with era systems.
