They're not running a TM train. You have DS Rey on the team that removes 100% TM from everyone when an enemy dies and they're faster than you because of conquest.
Don't bring rey.
Thanks for the explanation, that is definitely not an interaction I was expecting. It is odd since 2 of them were faster than my SLKR (Spirit, Daka), but Daka died and it wasn't just Spirit getting turns when Daka reappeared and was then defeated again. I'll have to look back at their kits again...
