Omega basic Maxed but the damage again is not working

I am playing the Military Might Assault Battle Challenge Tier 1, and Omega basic even though  she has a buff that can be dispelled she's not attacking again

    My Omega is not using the basic for the second time, I have a video. How can I show it to you guys? It was working when I bought the LSB of the Bad Batch, I didn't notice when started happening exactly.
