My Omega has the Basic Maxed out but it's not attacking for the second time. There was no attachments on my other post, the Omega issue got tested but I still have the problem.
Ideas
She doesn't attack again with her basic maxed, she does another instance of damage. In your video you can see KRU taking two instances of damage (plus some true damage).
