Padmé Amidala's Journey Guides not giving the full amount of shards

I started Padmé Amidala's journey guide ages ago (maybe years) and only finished it recently but I couldn't 7 star the character, I have no clue why I'm 25 shards short. Reddit recommended I put it on here. Can I have my shards and some compensation if possible as I'm currently not able to play the game in the way I originally wanted to.
