Purchased Leviathan Light Speed Bundle and Never got it

Hey! I just bought the leviathan lsb #1 a few hours ago and I still have not received any characters. When I went on to the game after purchasing I was giving crystals saying an error occurred. I have been charged on my credit card and got a receipt for my purchase. I made the purchase on the web store, and received the coaxium too. I’m not sure what’s happening but 40$ is a lot to not receive the characters especially in time for the next GAC! Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there anything I can do? I’ve attached a photo of my order confirmation and my Darth Revan only being a Gear 12 still as proof of not receiving it. I also posted in technical issues a week ago and got no response still. Meathead told me to post here as well.
