Hello, I purchased the lsb to upgrade revan and malak to gear 13 with relic levels when it released but I only had revan unlocked at the time. I just unlocked malak and neither have had their level change. Should this lsb still work?

I do not see any issues while looking at your account,
I purchased the leviathan bundle that accelerates revan and malak also.
I just rechecked the bundle and I was supposed to get Darth Revan, Darth Malak, HK47, 50RT and Bastilla Shan but I only had HK47 and Bastilla Shan accelerated, so I’m also missing acceleration on 50RT.
Can I get some additional help? The lsb you mentioned isn’t what I was talking about.
AFAIK, and I'm no expert. It's impossible to buy the bundle you're talking about if you don't have the characters at the requirement. In no way, will the bundle wait for you get the requirements and then apply it.
I think you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
If you do not have a 7 Star Malak, you will not see the Levi bundle which pops Revan and Malak to relic level. A player must have Malak open and at 7 star. If you just got Malak, you, like myself, would not have seen the pack, I did not have Malak at 7 star at the time of the pack, my bad on that. Very similar to if you did not have Grand Inquisitor open, you would not have seen his ship pack which boosted the ship, GI and 5th Brother.
