Quiggold character feat won't trigger

The feat to kill a B1 battle droid while Quiggold is present won't trigger. I've tried on various conquest nodes.

If you press the "Go" button on the quest it will direct you to a battle where you can complete the feat (in this case it is a cantina battle) but you ar correct, defeating any B1 with Quiggold should count towards the quest.
