No Chat or officer commands

I am the leader of my guild and I have no in game chat nor any officer commands for guild events available.  I am on iOS.  Ally code is 575-244-815

From the Main Menu, could you to to Settings -> Chat Settings and toggle the answers you have for "Guild Announcements" and "Receive Chat Invited From". After this, please restart and check again.

    I don’t even have an option for chat settings. I have a screenshot, but reply window doesn’t give me an option to post it.
