Restart client error in the store, this time missed free pirate shards.

Exactly as the title says. Every day when I log into the game and want to claim the pc special from the item store, it requires me to restart the game. Today however I saw the pop-up for the free pirate shards, before I could claim the pc special, and clicked on it, but when I clicked claim, then I had to restart the client and I missed out on the shards.
