Reward not received

I’m a returning player and completing the renewal quests. I then got the quest to join a guild, and the reward is a Poe Dameron lightspeed token. However, I am in a guild and haven’t gotten the reward. I guess if I left and rejoined probably the game world recognize it and vive the reward. However Territory Battles just started and so I can’t leave.
