Hi there. Tried to buy the Scorch bundle on the webstore. Browser crashed, went back into store and then game and the bundle is gone. Any help would be appreciated.

I did not receive the bundle, obviously. Ally code is 339-256-952
Same happened to me - the payment went through but I didn't get the shards. The Scorch Bundle 2 shows up on the webstore still but there's an error.
I did get a bunch of crystals.I also received the first 5 fragments of the first package, but the 10 that should have come in the free part of the second purchase did not come, nor did the zetas
