Some Accounts Are Permanently One Day Ahead in Era Progression

At the start of the Loaned level calendar system, some players were able to claim both Day 1 and Day 2 rewards on the same day. As a result, those accounts became a full day ahead of the intended progression schedule.

This means affected players continue to unlock daily Loaned unit levels one day earlier than everyone else. The gap has persisted since the transition of Loaned Level units being sent out via inbox to calendar and has never corrected itself.

This has a direct impact on Era currency payouts and coliseum ranking, where being even a single day ahead can provide a score boost on average of about 5-10%. Personally It has caused me to miss out on roughly 9000 era currency already (see attached screenshots).

Can the team please investigate whether:

  1. Some accounts incorrectly received Day 1 and Day 2 Loaned level rewards on the first day of calendar distribution.
  2. Those accounts remain ahead of the intended schedule.
  3. A correction can be made so all players are on the same progression timeline.

Please note that this is not the previously reported visual calendar display bug that was addressed earlier in the Era. That issue only affected how progression was shown to players. This report concerns accounts that appear to have actually received an extra day of Loaned Level progression when the calendar was introduced, leaving them permanently one day ahead of other accounts. The resulting difference affects real Loaned Level acquisition, Era currency earnings, and Coliseum rankings, not merely the visual display of progression.

Thank you.

  • Trying to help you make sense of what you posted.  You screen grabs mean nothing without context.  Image 2026-06-15 043223 is of what?  Your loaned unit calendar or someone else's?  Same with IMG_0291 who's loaned unit calendar is this?  Yours or someone else?  Your photos are dated June 15th, here in Calif where CG HQ is, it's only June 14.  So also clarifying the dates of the photos will help them.

Your screen shot of you being rank 11 means nothing to them.  Are you an era level 75 R5, Ward, and Zeb with 3 stars or rocking the max level 95 7 star toons?  What tier are you compared to your leaderboard mates?  Is the top 10 all Tier 10 boss with rank 95 era toons and 95 loaned units and your 85 with 85 loaned units?  Of course you're not going to compete with the top payers.  Your end rank could also be attributed to your squad choice and RNG is what CG can argue.  Scores can vary up to 30% +/- due to RNG.

Since players bought their original loaned units ranks by buying the pass+ and getting bonus levels for other spending such as getting rewards for completing the 7star character feats, could that be where you believe players got a boost?  I literally see the top spenders on my shard have Level 95 loaned units and I am behind them being at Loaned level 88, which yes it sucks, but I didn't buy so I wasn't given advantage by CG.

CG will most likely also need your ally code to investigate.  Do not give anything other than your ally code.  And I do remember them posting a notice that there was an error, but it was identified and corrected within hours of the error occurring.

Hi, thanks for the comment CommanderBarcara

The image of placement is just to illustrate how this affects payouts as top 10 is 1500 more era currency, something I and many other players have missed out on multiple times directly due to being behind on the calendar.

As for the loaned calendar screenshots, they are from 2 different players, but they quite clearly show different days being claimed with the same expiration date in red at the top, obviously indicating the calendar is out of sync for players, there is no need to go into ep+ or marquee Loaned levels as they do not impact the calendar at all, so again are completely irrelevant here. (If you must know, its dated June 15th because I live in Aus, and the other screenshot comes from an American where its the 14th, though again this is irrelevant, the expiration timer is used to match distribution timing)

Lastly, yes, they posted about the visual bug which i clearly say in the post that this is not. Any other error has quite clearly not been corrected as its been near 20 days of this now.

Appreciate the response EA_Gunner. The issue you have linked was just a visual issue with the calendar that has since been rectified, this issue is separate where players were actually able to claim day 1 within a short few hour window and then day 2 very shortly after. If that was intended please let us know as many of us are behind on progression as a direct result of missing that very short window.

    Exactly what BamcoSpy stated EA_Gunner
There are two separate issues surrounding the calendar glitch:

    1) The time in which the loaned unit tokens were able to be accepted.    This was initially due to a one-hour time glitch that has been resolved.    As a result, CG likely thought the problem was fixed and closed any open ticket.

    2) However, the second issue (unresolved for weeks and probably not on CG's radar since the first issue was fixed and is not showing up on their Trello app) is that there are people that were able to extract Day1 and Day2 calendar tokens on the first day the calendar was issued.   As a result, these people have loaned units that are higher than everybody else in the entire game every single day.

I have attached a picture of a person in my shard that has LEVEL 96 loaned units, which exceeds the current maxed levels of the Era Units.     Carson Teva will not be released until tomorrow.   This was not a situation that was intended.

There is nothing in this link Known Issue 5/29 | EA Forums - 13443151 that you keep on spamming when you are closing tickets that references the 2nd issue, only the first.    The first issue has been resolved week ago and that is what that link acknowledges.

25 Days and no acknowledgement from CG regarding this. Disappointing.

Actually address these threads/comments instead of closing as solved and linking us back to a separate bug thats already been fixed.

    Loaned units still not fixed

    Level loaned units incorrect

    Account behind an era level

    Loaned unit level bug

Loaned unit token levels not correct

CG still hasnt addressed and fixed this issue

    CG_Meathead CG_SBCrumb

I understand its a temporary mode but you're also charging us for temporary passes (EP+). Tell me why we shouldn't chargeback if some players are just permanently ahead of us with no recourse possible?

Below attachments are comments from above known issues thread, there are plenty more but 10 is the max i can upload. Please understand this is DIFFERENT from the calendar visual bug that IS addressed in that thread.

EA_Gunner This is still an active problem, and I can personally observe it by comparing my own Loaned levels to the ones in BitDynasty's regular Coliseum videos. I am consistently lagging one level behind him right now.

Just a reminder this is STILL an issue that has been completely ignored by CG. Now with Rotta's release and everyone running variations of 1 team only the affects of this bug has never been more impactful on score and placings in coliseum..
