Store BAG

Today, after the update, I went to the store and bought items as usual. I went into the tests, and after exiting, it told me a new character was unlocked. Due to some bug, during my playthrough, I was refunded the 16 Kixx shards I'd spent 1,300 crystals on tickets. These unlocked a character I didn't intend to buy, and I needed those crystals for future use. What should I do in this situation?
