I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to...

I am running the game on the most up to date version of the app on my PC that was installed on the 12 of November through the EA launcher. Account was created on the 12 of Nov 2025. I stopped the game via task manager to no effect. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. I have been unable to get beyond the series of prompts up to clicking on Mace Windu character portfolio.
Ally code is "445-642-454".
I used a method described in another thread to get the ally code. Characters> Aayla Secura> click on her shards> above the "Cost 200 guild points" click the go button> close shipments page> manage> click your name (ally code at bottom.
I am having this same issue. I'm able to get to places from the Mace Windu screen or character screen, look at achievements and even start missions from the quests/achievement "go" button but whenever I go to the home screen I get that same tutorial again.
I recommend posting a thread including your ally code. I have seen a couple of people get their issue fixed quickly. I hope that they remove this crew tutorial flag for my account soon.
