I’ve been trying to play how i usually would, but i keep on being prompted to complete the short walkthrough they have for starships with Mace Windu and his Ship. Was waiting for it resolve on its own but seems as if it will not.

Having the same issue as other people where the game locks you into the ship tutorial and cannot get click anything until you get to mace windu character. But when I return home it locks into the tutorial again. I cannot get to my ally code because its locked.

Same exact issue here. Completing an event awarded me ship mats thus unlocking the fleet section tutorialbefore my account level. I have a snall clip of the exact loop happening
