I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to help us through the bug, some of us cant even get through it manually because the game is so bugged that we cant even access our ally codes. Any response would be greatly appreciated

I’m stucked in a tutorial loop. The buck is known a can be fixed by giving the support the ally code.
I play since yesterday and there no way to access my ally code because the bug won’t let me access the settings or any other menu.
