I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to help us through the bug, some of us cant even get through it manually because the game is so bugged that we cant even access our ally codes. Any response would be greatly appreciated

I need the tutorial flags reset, please. Ally Code: 211-432-574
After logging in, the game immediately forces the Ships tutorial overlay and blocks the interface. On the final step there are no arrows or prompts; returning to the main menu just restarts the tutorial, creating an endless loop. Reinstalling the app and clearing storage did not help. Please reset the tutorial flags for my Ally Code: 211-432-574 (Ships tutorial) or manually complete this step so I can continue.
