I ran into a problem in the Conwuest mode where Enemies turn immortal after getting beat down to two red bars, and no matter the team or the attacks I choose they won't go down further and won't get defeated. I cant progress the Rewards like this and am basically locked out from using the mode
You didnt read the description of the F-34T training droids disc when you equipped it.
Even with the description, the problem remains, since the Leader also becomes immortal, hence nobody dies

That's the point of the disc. It's helps you with getting some of the feats if you die too quickly.
Remove it if you dont want this assistance.
