The journey guide it's a not playeable

Good morning CG, I'm sending this report to let you know that I can't access any level of any event in the travel guide, nor can I play any battles. I click the "battle" button and nothing happens. I'm level 85 and my name is Rhogal Dorn2026. I hope you can resolve this soon. My Allycode is 652-966-213

    This was a workaround studio shared with me a few months ago. Did you try it?

    Boot the game

    Select a random journey and tap on "Begin Journey"

    Go back and select the journey you had issues with.

    The "Battle" button should work now

    Logged back in and this no longer works :( any other ideas??
