While in battle in the current territory war, I defeated the leader and the battle got frozen. Timer went down from 3 minutes until 0s. Activating auto didn't do anything. The battle stayed stuck without battle conclusion. After a reboot of the swgoh app it showed that the enemy didn't suffer any loss, battlecount increased +1 and my team was not available for combat anymore.
One attachment shows the Battle at the end, the other attachment shows the current status of the enemy with 2 battles.
It's called the 'missing buttons' bug. It's been around for a while and CG have been unable to fix it or get to the cause.
Other than that, who pre-loaded that DTMG team? A slap on the wrist for that one.
Thank you for the reply. After reading about the missing buttons problem, I think that my case seems to at least be part of this bug, because it is similar. I didn't have any missing buttons as I recall it. The freeze happened after my attack. The enemy should be next, but they didn't move. At least the button auto was still clickable. What may be of interest, is that my attack generated a "high CPU demand", as I would describe it. This is when an attack is so loaded with extra things to be calculated, that the graphic gets stuck for a moment, before resuming the flow of graphics. I think this happened to me before, under the same circumstances. Regarding the programming part of this problem, it could maybe an issue about memory. But it's speculation on my part.

Doesn't look like that from the picture. On the side it states that JKA is next. However, you don't have the buttons for JKA and it hasn't frozen as the timer has reached zero.
This to me looks like a 'classic' missing buttons (from the picture).
