I bought the Ugnaught bundle but had to confirm the purchase on my bank app and it went through but didnt receive the bundle just crystals ally code 261-256-995

I also bought the ugnaught bundle and they instead gave me a different bundle. Here is the support staff acknowledging that I bought the ugnaught bundle right before they refuse to give me what I paid for:
