Unable to Purchase Episode Pass – Recurring Payment Error

I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to purchase the Episode Pass in the game. Every time I attempt the purchase, an error message appears (see attached screenshot), regardless of the payment method used.

This issue is preventing me from taking advantage of the best start for the new era, which is particularly frustrating given the limited duration of this offer.

I also tried making the purchase directly from the game, but when I initiate the transaction, the loading screen spins indefinitely without ever completing.
