In Conquest, if you apply a weapon mod to any character, the enemy cannot revive, no matter if the person who dealt the last blow was not wearing the weapon mod. My team: JML, JKCK, InqBar, R2, W...

Actually, this is not a bug. Just forgot that InqBar's unique prevents revives from allies and enemies. Going to have to note that in the future.
