Webstore purchase stuck in "processing mode"

The issue is, the purchase was never processed on your end.  I bought $20 episode pass at same time that went right through.  Had 2 crystal pack purchases a few weeks ago that did same thing.  PayPal shows as pending and it stays there forever until it times out.

You can call it not a bug if you want, but I tried to give you money via an established avenue and it failed.  It has also failed two other times within the last month.  Only about 5 of 8 recent attempts to buy something from your webstore has been successful.  If your wondering how to increase revenue, maybe look into this.  Im fine taking my 50$ and having a nice dinner.
