Wrong conquest rewards

Same thing happened to me. I'm 25 shards short.

Checking on my end, it looks like you received the reward for earning between 530 and 629 Conquest Keycards.

Can you recall how many Conquest Keycards you earned?

I definitely got 630.  I activated the red box around Friday of last week and was farming datacrons since then. Is there a way to look into this further?   

It was exactly 630 this time.  Usually I’m above that but I recall lining it up so I got exactly the max.  Does that help?

I hope you can see a history of conquest keycards.  I think I have received the max since conquest’s inception all but once.  I buy the $30 pass every conquest.

Based on our logs, you collected 625 conquest points 

That is strange.  In the game, I got the red box.  Is there no other way to verify?  How would the UI trigger 630 and Red box bar in rewards but your logs show 625?
