Zeta amplifier cache empty create

This might be an issue with the in game store because I just purchased a $5 pack for crystal and did not get that one either. I haven’t received the apple receipt on my email yet and usually transactions from the app take a long time to reflect in my bank account so that picture from my apple account purchase history is the only proof I have. I did received notification in the game that the transactions were successful on both occasions but I did not receive my items. Can you check if these transactions went  through on your end? If they did not then is fine. I don’t wanna pay for something I never receive. But if the transactions did go through can you fix this issue so it doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else. I’m not asking for compensation I just want to get what I pay for. 

I attempted to buy the same pack again on the game store and this time the crate was not empty but instead of zetas I received 610 crystals. I was able to screen record this interaction as well but I can’t upload it in here for some reason. I took pictures from that clip for your review. Let me know if how to upload the video clip

Apr 7, 2026 3:48 PM and it happened again with another purchase of the same pack on April 9, 2026 3:33 PM. 

This is the original clip that shows I started with 22 Zetas and after my interaction with the package I still have 22 Zetas. Prove that I did not receive them (Purchased on April 9, 2026 3:33 PM). That same thing happened with the first Zeta Amplifier Cache I purchased on Apr 7, 2026 3:48 PM, but sadly I was not able to capture a clip for that one and the only difference was that I receive an empty crate with no Zetas or Crystals. I also bought a $5 crystal pack and did not receive that one either. All of these transactions have already gone through as shown in the receipt I will attach to this post. EA Help on the App was not very  helpful and they already drop my case because in their end it shows I received my purchases but I don’t think they know what was in them or that I did not receive what was promise in these packs. Thank you for taking a look at this issue and hope it can get solve soon.
