심즈4가 실행이 안됩니다. 게임이 시작은 되나 로딩이 되다가 검은화면이 나옵니다. 어제 그로잉투게더 확장팩과 아이템팩 하나를 샀는데 그것 때문인지 모르겠습니다. 혹시 모드 때문인가 해서 모드를 다 빼고 실행을 해봐도 똑같은 결과였습니다.. 게임에 오류가 난것같은데 어떻게 해야되나요.. 게임 복구를 계속 하는데도 해결 되지않습니다..
