[AA] Sims going invisible in Gibbi Point

My sims who travel together to Gibi Point are going invisible and I can't recover them. I have to quit the game and not save. This is happening with get aways and vacations. So far it is only happening in this world. 

Also a lot of questions interactions pop up at the same time but the invisible sim never does them with my visible Sim. Both live in the same household.

One of the reasons this happens is one sim goes off into the lake or ocean and walks in it like it isnt there then goes under and moves off the map.

This is happening a lot. My mods are disabled. Oh and teleporting doesn't work when their invisible.

Someone experienced this bug and she said that having them take a shower brings them back. This is just a work around and this issue still needs fixing.

    catloverplayer​ thanks for providing the info asked.

    There's many instances where Sims go invisible and there's a few reports already so posting as much info as possible for the devs to duplicate is important.

    If there's any patterns as to where in the neighborhoods they go invisible, that's also interesting. Any info basically.

    It seems to happen at all places in Gibbi Point. Im on a vacation so Im not home to take a picture of my graphic settings but everything is on high like it normally is. I think it's a bug since another simmer has had it and she's playing on a expensive gaming pc.

    I realize it's difficult to find time to research bugs on other platforms, but it contains footage of the bug, and Simmers in general share bugs on other platforms because it's easier for us. The EA Forums in general are difficult to use and also malfunction constantly.

    Gibbi Point is the world. It has 3 neighborhoods.

    Do you have it in all three of them ?

    This is the pc version. My mods have  been disabled for a long time. GXSimmer had the same issue happen to her playing in Gibbi Point while livesteaming. Just Gibbi Point.

    • Did try a folder rename or just disable the mods in your game options ?
    • Please test a new folder if you just disabled them.
    • Please also post a screenshot of your graphics settings.
    • Are you on PC or Mac ?
    • Is it all neighborhoods  ?
