[AA] Sims Reset to the Front of Custom Getaway Lots After Loading Screens

This happens in normal gameplay too, I hadn't played TS4 in a while, but getting back into it recently. Was it always like this? Everytime I load a save my sims are basically reset from whatever they were doing, whether it be sleeping, eating, talking, at a bar, etc. They are always just standing up doing nothing when I load back in.
