[AA] Sims wear shorts while bathing, showering or naked

Sims are showering while wearing the knee-length shorts from the Adventure Awaits EP.  I've played in existing saves and created a new save and all sims, male and female are wearing the same shorts while showering. I don't use mods or cc in my game, although I did add a smaller mosiac mod to my game so I could see which shorts sims were wearing. This only occurs on sims from housholds unplayed before the Adventure Awaits EP, suggesting that sims bathing outfits are being genrated with the shorts.

at which point did you remove your mods/cc ? Did you start a new save with new Sims and still had the issue ?

Did you assign these to any outfit ? Does it happen for both existing and new Sims or only newly created ones ?

I canceled the selection of "enable custom contents and mods" in the setting, then restart the game, start a new save. The shorts still shows up everytime.

I did not change any outfit for existing and new Sims. It happens in both existing and new Sims. (Those 4 nacked Sims are from an existing family of Adventure Awaits)

Yeah but does it affect your old saves too ? I gave this a test now as there was another report and for me, existing Sims on my old saves don't have the issue, they have the old one.

I think it's the same as this issue: Sims wear default underwear when naked | EA Forums - 4995249 just with a new clothing for after-AA Sims.

Yes, my old saves has affected as well. Also, I tested with LittleMsSam's "ResetBathingOutfit" mods, it didn't work. Shorts is still there😢

I have the same problem—I have an old save. As soon as I updated game and installed the expansion pack, these men's shorts appeared on both women and men while bathing. I didn't change the outfits for these Sims, only opened new families in Household Management to review them. The LittleMsSam's fix  didn't help (reported this bug in her Discord channel).

But seriously... 12 months? At this point, it feels like a design choice. Any update about the progress of this bug is overdue.

This mod was a godsend, otherwise it would have taken ages with MCCC! 

I have the same issue on my PS5. “Change into nude” shows my sims wearing the shorts. Also, yes, my sims wear them in the shower. It really makes me uncomfortable.😅 them wearing underwear while “nude” or in the shower was no better either. I hope they will fix this problem soon!
