I'm also having this issue, likely because this top is actually meant to be tucked per the marketing photo but it's not tucking correctly.
The issue happens when you remove all accessories/tall boots so it's NOT related to the Layer Details bug Tucked buttoned shirts become 'untucked' when adding too many layer details | EA Forums - 5032080
Top still isn't tucking correctly with no layers/accessories/boots and the mesh from the skirt or pants shows through.Mac, no mods.
Thank you for noting that the top should be tucked in, it also explains why the visual glitch happens.
