The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

Sure thing. Basically when you press accessories (face) you only get piercings showing up in the catalog. When you press makeup you only get eye makeup. And when you press accessories (body) you only get bracelets. I would usually expect these buttons to include a complete list of accessories/makeup across all sub-categories. In the pictures you can see that each of the categories is only drawing content from the first sub-category. I play vanilla so have not had mods/cc in or removed.
