The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

I noticed this too. You used to be able to add makeup from each separate makeup section, then hitting the makeup button so that all sections showed at once, then you could apply all the makeup to other outfits all at once. Now you have to go to each section of make up and apply it to other outfits one by one. Same with assessors now too.
