The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

Having the same issue as well since the latest patch. Brand new save (sims 4 folder). I took out all the others to test the new pack.
