The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

I'm having the same issue, I noticed it started happening during the Blast To The Past event. I have never seen an issue like this before and I only recently updated my game since usually wait a week before updating my game incase they do a quick patch fix. Hopefully this annoying issue can be resolved.
