Accessories and makeup tabs only show assets from first category

The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.  ...

When I click on a tab such as makeup, I expect it to show me ALL the makeup. But my game is only showing the top tab, which is eyeshadow. If I want to access blush for example, I have to click on the blush tab. It’s especially annoying when I’m trying to use filters because then I have to apply the filter to all 6 tabs instead of just the makeup tab as a whole. 
This issue is happening to accessories, makeup, and body accessories specifically, nothing else. 
I removed all mods, this is still an issue. It started after the B&H expansion was released.
