The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

I've been experiencing this for about half a year, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and have done repairs. I play on windows 10 and I don't play with any mods at all.
