The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

Having this same issue, and it's rather irritating. I imagine this was a feature they implemented a few months ago, but it's horrible. Rather than everything showing up together on the right when I select "makeup," I now have to go through every sub-category to select eyeliner, eyes, etc. It's a change that makes creating a sim super annoying and less enjoyable.
