Achievements reset

Every single achievement I've gotten in this save, excluding the "play ten generations" and "ten generations in ten households" achievement reset. I had almost 2k achievement points and now I have 285. I would be less freaked about it if I wasn't actively doing a "every achievement challenge" to motivate myself to play this family for as long as physically possible. 😫

It had to have happened about 4 hours of playtime ago (and I have been playing for a while today, so sometime today) because I noticed when I got the "Play the Sims for 4 hours" achievement again.

Edit: On PC, as per usual with me no mods or CC.

I am not using any mods/cc in the game (that I know of). I am playing on PC.
How do I send a picture and what picture do you need?

Here is a picture of my achievements - I know I have achieved the 50 mile high achievement and as you can see it is not highlighted.....

None of my achievements are highlighted... I have achieved Max level in a few careers, and they aren't highlighted either.
Since I first contacted you, I have also achieved Max level in Piano, and the points were added to my total but again the achievement has not been highlighted.
