Action disappears from queue for specific Sims

I was playing sims and then all of the sudden it started to do this thing where everytime I chose an action for my sim to do it would automatically disapear and the sim would not do that action

marking that as dupe for now as there are quite a few threads for interactions disappearing so a few questions.

Does it matter what Sim ?

Does it matter which interaction ?

Could you maybe both post a short video of what you are seeing ?

Does it disappear right away ?

What happens if you queue things ? Do they appear in the queue and then disappear when they are supposed to do them ?
