crinrict I'm a bit confused; the problem I'm having isn't that similar to the other one. It seems that in the other person's case, the problem is that the active sim changes to a sim in the same household that's on a different lot. In my case, it changes to a completely different household. It seems like the title of my thread has also been changed, and it no longer reflects the issue properly.
It's the same base cause.
The game changes to the first Sim in the household you edited after CAS.
If you change a household Sim this can lead to a lot switch lots if the first Sim isn't on the same lot but if you change another Sim from another household, it can lead to a household switch.
I've checked this with a CM and they Maxis wanted them merged.
