ALL custom paints (pets, werewolves, tattoos) BROKEN! EMERGENCY PATCH!!!!

All custom paint options on ALL sims and pets are BROKEN! No Mods installed! Also for cats the whiskers do not stay the same color selected they revert back to white once saved. This is so offensive looking! EA look into the custom paints for all sims and pets, the issue lies there! Also these are NOT downloaded from the gallery, I painted them myself, and the next time I loaded the save, viola! I have a feeling it is tied to the new shiny skin overlay added to accessories (which is only applied to the last sim). Also, no mods are on this save.
