Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have 7 dlc in total. The issue started when I redeemed the code for the realm of magic dlc after I bought it. It at first it would not show up in the game at all, I unlinked my ea and steam account to try and fix the problem, then un-installed sims 4 completely. Then reinstalled it again. After that NONE of the dlc accept realm of magic showed up in the sims 4 game, after I used app recovery to try and fix it, all my other 6 dlc are now completely gone even from the ea app. I can't find it anywhere. And it says I only own the one dlc.

Please please fix it

Hey LemonGirl123,

It sounds like the Realm of Magic DLC was redeemed on a separate EA account than the one with the rest of your packs. When you signed in again, you swapped over to the account with Realm of Magic only, which is why the other 6 packs were missing.
