Did you try a game repair and deleted your cache files yet ?
Apologies, as I don't frequent the forums.
I did try deleting all cached files and I've ran a handful of repairs. It's unclear to my untrained eyes what could be the source of this issue, but I do know it doesn't seem to respond to any processes I perform in-game and there's no obvious red flags in my files compared to the typical Sims 4 spread.
As of now, this seems like a pretty isolated issue. But if there's anything I can provide to further diagnose this were it to effect more simmers, let me know and I'll do so in 10-20 business days
