There no longer any moodlet or effect for completing the Angling Ace Aspiration.

Started a brand new vanilla test game. Completed the Angling Ace Aspiration. No Angler's Tranquility moodlet.
Even though the moodlet is not showing it does appear that some problems do "melt away."
