arch creating weird lighning

This arch creates a bright weird lighning when facing outside the house, it has no lights outside and nothing that can justify this bright light, it also has a dark shadow beneath which seem its glitching the light somehow. PC no mods. I have a picture with and without the arch at night, it also happens with base game ones.
