[JA] Archaeology workbench doesn't work

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing ?

I'm using pc. I tried it without mods but the same thing happened.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

There were three of LastException files form today and yesterday but when i deleted them and i triggered the error the new ones didn't create

Is your Sim a fairy ? Did you test with a non-fairy if that's the case ?

I gave this a short test and I have no troubles (did use a debug dirt clump for faster testing).

Yes i didn't use a fary and i didn't use dirt clump from debug just form my sims inventory, i don't know. This happen even before a new update, one second it worked and the other it didn't anymore.At first i tought it was something wrong with my sim but now i tried it in new save and the same thing.

It should work with either. Was just saying that's what I used for testing.

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
