My sims keep using mean interactions when talking with their partners. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but it started after the most recent update.

Lately, interactions between couples and friends have become completely unpredictable. They can switch from a normal conversation to a fight instantly, and they’ll even start flirting with random strangers — jealous Sims included. It’s making the gameplay chaotic and impossible to manage.
there are bug reports for the autonomous flirting issue and fight interaction being available (thus leading to autonomous fights i presume) issue, i'm not a forum mod or anything but i would recommend voting and commenting on those reports since they tie into what you are saying here
